They wanted to provide an insight, using real employees, of what it is like to work for IMC, and what they do and how they do it. The new site takes a significantly different approach than that of its competition. It shows the human side of IMC and makes clear to the outside world what it is that IMC does. IMC presents itself as a high tech company. It is a website that shows what they do in a non-corporate and contemporary way. The most important goal is to attract young talent. A site their employees are proud of and where others can get a real idea on what they do, where the other main goals. Jungle Minds laid out the digital concept based on IMC’s core values. We have flown around the world to record video and visual materials to provide a complete picture of the IMC company and its culture. The result is a state of the art site using lots of visual and digital technology. This technology and the innovative, responsive manner in which the IMC company is presented provides the perfect high tech tone that is attractive to the target audience. The site contains “portraits” of employees and explains the company’s core activity using a visually appealing animation. The videos and photos shows the human side of IMC that provides a clear picture of what it does.
