Artistes à Genève – paints a portrait of the city through its artistic output. The richly illustrated pages of this publication focus on the ’plastic’ arts throughout history, from the late Middle Ages to the present. The result is a selective presentation in 750 pages of 350 artists active in Geneva between 1400 and today. One hundred art historians offering their take on nearly a thousand works of art.
